Yeah, something not making sense here with this article. Mentions "Download the correct form" no link provided. When IRS website searched for "Crypto or Digital Asset Safe Harbor" terms in multiple configurations = No results or, thousands of results with no such "Form" for crypto or digital asset holders that I can see. However, If your an Indian Tribal Government Safe Harbor search, your in luck... LoL. I guess the best thing to do is contact a CPA (Which are all on vacation until after the first). Google results also do not provide any specific form for a "Crypto Safe Harbor" search.

Wallet address has to be visible in screenshot?

Have they asked for this in the past? I think these changes has more to do with what wallet belongs to who, and how much crypto that individual owns.

Jake, you are the only one that has given a clear explanation regarding steps for this process. Hopefully the incoming Administration will axe this onerus nonsense. However, until such a possibility occurs, it is best to be prepared.
